- Audio cassette contains a recording of a meeting between the Carrier Sekani Tribal Council and the Department of Fisheries and Oceans. Note within the tape case indicates that the audio contains the DFO Chairman speaking, a CSTC prayer, the Chairman of DFO giving an introduction, Mr. Bell-Irving, and then Edward John speaking, William George (Takla Lake) singing, Sophie Thomas (Saik'uz) speaking, and Archie Patrick indicating village locations. The recording also includes Archie pointing out band locations, giving a presentation, and Marvin Charlie (Cheslatta) and Ray Izony (Tsay Key Dene) speaking. Submission is regarding Kemano Completion Proposal. Meeting held in Vanderhoof, B.C.
